숭의족발
인천 갈비 명가 <숭의가든>의 세컨드 브랜드, <숭의족발>의 쇼케이스 비주얼 작업을 진행했습니다. 플라스틱 패키지에 모형 족발을 담아 진열했던 기존 쇼케이스의 투박한 느낌을 없애기 위해 유기 소재 그릇과 커트러리를 이용해 한국적인 무드로 족발을 재해석했습니다. 소나무잎과 꽃을 배치해 산뜻한 분위기를 연출하고 치자, 계피 등 실제 요리에 들어가는 약재를 이용해 정갈하고 세련된 음식의 이미지를 강조함과 동시에 ‘건강한 족발'이라는 <숭의족발>의 올곧은 가치관을 드러냈습니다.

Tasked with showcasing the products of a meat producer, we used metal and earthenware to evoke a Korean mood and offset the industrial quality of the brand's plastic packaging. An arrangement of pine needles and flower petals refreshes the table setting. The placement of medicinal, culinary herbs – gardenia and cinnamon – highlights the purity of the meat and its value as “healthful food.”
